Last Updated: 18/05/2025By booking lessons through Rusurauror (the "Site") with Siniakina Anastasia (the teacher), you agree to these Terms.1. Lesson Bookings- Lessons are scheduled via Calendly and subject to the teacher’s availability.
- No guaranteed slots: The teacher may reschedule/cancel due to illness or emergencies, with notice.
- Lessons have to be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Payments- Accepted Methods: PayPal or bank transfer.
- PayPal: Processed via PayPal’s platform; we never see your financial data.
Payment Terms:- Single lessons: Paid upfront.
- Lesson packs: Paid in full before the first session.
3. Cancellations & Refunds- Student Cancellations: >24h notice: Full refund or reschedule. <24h notice: No refund; without rescheduling.
- Teacher Cancellations: Full refund or reschedule.
- No-Shows on the students side: No refund.
- Refund Processing: 5–10 business days via original payment method.
4. Student Responsibilities- Effort Disclaimer: Progress depends on the student’s commitment; no guaranteed fluency level.
- Technical Requirements: Stable internet, working microphone, and punctuality.
5. Limitation of Liability- The teacher is not liable for: technical issues during lessons (e.g., student’s internet failure); indirect damages (e.g., missed opportunities due to language skills).
